When establishing our
Gelato business in 1985, we began by committing our company to faithfully following the ancient ice cream traditions observed
in Italy. After acquiring the recipes, special state-of-the-art Italian equipment, and sampling hundreds of flavors from Italy
we were ready to begin production.
